Jeff
Tinklepaugh, Academy Director
Jeff will serve as DSC’s Academy Director and will be in his seventh year of coaching at Dacula Soccer
Club where he moved from our recreational program during the
fall of 2003. Jeff currently coaches Varsity Girls soccer
at Collins Hill High School where his 2008 and 2009 teams
advanced to the state tournament. Previously, he was the
Junior Varsity Boys coach at Dacula High School for three
seasons as well as the Junior Varsity boys coach at Central
Gwinnett for six seasons. While at Central Gwinnett, Jeff
helped build a program that played in two Final Fours. Jeff
holds his NSCAA National Coaching Diploma, NSCAA High
School, Specials Topics Diploma, and his US National Youth
License. |

Kevin
Scheiwe
Kevin will be in fourth year as a member of our Academy
staff. Kevin also serves as DSC’s Recreational Director.
Kevin played his High School ball at Duluth HS and club ball
for the Brookwood Steamers and West Gwinnett Sting. Kevin is
currently an elementary Physical Education teacher in
Gwinnett County. Kevin has coached at Duluth HS, Oconee
County HS, and at the Athens YMCA where he directed the
“mighty mites” soccer program, coached a U10 boys select
team, and acted as the U8 recreational coordinator. Kevin
holds his USSF D’ coaching license, US National Youth
License, and
NSCAA National. |

Jessie King
Jessie is in her fourth year at Dacula Soccer Club. She is a
graduate of the University of Georgia and teaches Biology at
Mill Creek High School. Jessie is also an assistant varsity
coach at Mill Creek. As a player Jessie spent time in the
Olympic Development Program in Michigan and later in
Georgia. She played Club Soccer at West Gwinnett (AUSA) and
Brookwood, both Athena ‘A’ teams. In addition to her club
career Jessie captained the North Gwinnett High School team
and helped lead them to the State playoffs four straight
years culminating in a Final Four appearance. Throughout her
career Jessie has earned Gwinnett Goal Club All-County
honors, region 8-AAA All-region player, and All American
Scholar Athlete. Jessie holds her USSF D’ license.

Brad Sullivan
Brad will be in his second year with DSC. He grew up playing
club soccer for the Brookwood Steamers and Mountain Park.
Brad was a four-year varsity starter at Greater Atlanta
Christian where held the record for career goals until a few
years ago. As a senior he helped lead GAC to the state
finals and was also a
First Team All-State selection. Following graduation Brad
headed to play for Reinhardt College where he was a starter
for two years. He helped lead Reinhardt to the National
Tournament both years. In his freshman year Reinhardt’s only
loss came in the national championship game. Brad has
previously coached for five years with AYSA as an academy
coach and trainer. He also served as an assist coach for
various boys team from u-13 to u-18. Brad holds his State D’
License. |

Nathan Umberg
Nate will be in his second year of coaching at Dacula
Soccer Club. He played his college soccer at Georgia Southern University
primarily as a left-back, but also saw time as a left midfielder and defensive
center-mid. Nate spent his last semester coaching the Georgia Southern women's
club team. He played club soccer for the nationally ranked NSA Fury Gold under
former National Team leading goalscorer Bruce Murray. Nate was a four year
starter at North Gwinnett High School as a center-back and center-mid and was a
1st Team All-County selection his junior and senior season. Nate will be
completing his D' License this summer. |

David Hayes
David is in his first year at DSC comes with and
extensive playing career. Dave played his HS soccer
at Thomas Stone HS and moved on to play college at
Southern Maryland Community College and Wingate
University. Following his college career, David
played professionally for D.C. United where he was
part of an MLS Championship team. He then moved on
to the Chicago Fire and eventually into the USL
where he played for the Milwaukee Rampage, Rochester
Rhinos, Richmond Kickers, Atlanta Silverbacks, and
the Portland Timbers. David is a Hall of Fame member
at Thomas Stone High School and Southern Maryland
CC. While playing in
the USL David was named first team All-League two
times, served as a Co-Captain with Atlanta, Captain
with Portland, and was named "defender of the year"
in 2007 and "runner up" in 2008 and 2009. David has
held various coaching roles at Waldorf Soccer Club,
Alpharetta Ambush, Chattahoochee HS, and was part of
the Portland Timbers PDL staff. David holds his USSF
A' license. |

Robert Mangino, Director
of Coaching
Formerly the Academy Director at DSC, Rob now serves as the
Director of Coaching. He played HS Soccer at Pioneer Central
where he was voted a member of the All- Western New York
team his senior year. Rob played his college soccer at
Alfred University and SUNY Fredonia both in upstate New
York. He was the head Boy’s soccer coach at Dacula High
School for 11 years where he helped begin the program. Rob
has been involved with soccer in the Dacula community for
the past 16 years as a community school coach, camp
director, and most recently Dacula Soccer Club. Rob is part
of the GYSA coaching staff where he teaches the G’ and F’
state coaching licenses. Rob holds his USSF National C’, US
National Youth License, NSCAA National Youth Diploma, NSCAA, Special-topics, High School Coaching Diploma,
and
NSCAA National. |

Erik
Schmitt
Erik will be in his fourth year at DSC. Originally from
Kernersville, North Carolina, Erik played college soccer at
Lenoir-Rhyne and West Virginia Wesleyan where he was a four
year all-conference and three year all-region performer.
After college, Erik taught High School for one year in North
Carolina where he was the junior varsity men’s and women’s
soccer coach. Since moving to Atlanta Erik has coached the
men’s soccer team at The Davis Academy to a conference
title. He is currently serves as a School Counselor at
Sugar Hill Elementary. Eric holds his USSF D’
License.

Francois Joisil
Francois will be in his second year with Dacula Soccer Club where he moved over
from the DSC recreational program. Francois played college soccer at New Jersey
State for three years and also served as their assistant coach for two years.
He was a member of the Sport Club Portuguese that won three consecutive
championships in the Northern Champions League. In addition to his select
coaching duties Francois serves as a guest coach for our recreational teams at
DSC. Francois holds his USFF C License.

Anthony
Katzef
Anthony will be in his first year at Dacula Soccer
Club. He started with a
Recreational team in the fall and moved to the
Academy staff for the spring
season. Anthony was born in Cape Town South Africa.
Anthony started his soccer career at age 10 and by
16 was playing with a professional team. He was the
youngest player at the club to be offered a
contract. He also represented South Africa at the
U-16 level. Anthony grew up playing soccer with many
of the English players who transferred to South
Africa to end their soccer careers. Some of
the players he remembers well are Bobby Moore,
English International, Ian St John, and Gary Bailey
the former Manchester United Goalkeeper . Anthony
immigrated to the USA 16 years ago and is a Store
Director for a large Pet retailer. He holds a D
license.

Tony Anglin
Tony will be in his first year with DSC and comes
with an extensive playing and coaching career. Tony
originally hails from England where he played
professionally for Luton Town (1976-1978). He
continued his playing career for Hendon FC,
Hillindone Borough FC, Burnham FC, Baldock FC and
Wealdstone FC. As Tony's playing career wound down
he served as assistant coach for Baldock and
Wealdstone as well as Youth Development Officer for
Burnham FC. In the United States, Tony has coached
for the Atlanta Silverbacks men's and women's sides
as well as their youth program. In 2008 he was the
head coach for the Silverback's W-League team where
he was named the W-League Coach of the Year. Tony
has also
spent time in Chicago as an assistant coach at
Benedictine University and as the head coach of the
Chicago Red Eleven in the W-League. Tony holds his
FA Level I and Level II Coaching Certificates as
well being USSF Licensed.

Steven Fraser
Steven will be in
his fourth year at Dacula Soccer Club. Steven was born and
raised in Nottingham, England although having a very strong
Scottish influence with both parents hailing from “North of
the Border.” Steven’s Father, Doug Fraser was an F.A. Cup
winner with West Brom in 1968 and also captained Scotland at
the International level. Although not quite emulating these
achievements Steven also went on to play in the Professional
ranks in England for Grimsby Town and Lincoln City and had
the opportunity to play against some great players, the
highlight being, Alan Shearer on his full debut for
Newcastle after his then record breaking transfer from
Southampton. After his professional stint Steven went back
to school and earned a degree in Leisure Management and is
now The Director of Operations for a local landscape
company.

Drew Prentice
Drew is in his third year coaching at DSC. Drew played at
Young Harris College where he was a captain his sophomore
year. He then transferred to North Georgia College and
State University where he was a contributing member to the
most successful men's soccer team in the school's history.
His junior year the team competed in the NAIA-SSAC
Conference and his senior year in the NCAA Div. II Peachbelt
Conference. Drew was recently named the Head Coach at
Collins Hill HS. Previously Drew was an assistant varsity
and head JV coach at North Gwinnett High School where he
taught math. He will be teaching math at Collins Hill
beginning this fall. Drew is a staff coach for the Georgia
'97 Girls ODP team. Drew holds his USSF "B" License and his
US National Youth License.
