RECREATIONAL AGE-GROUP COMMISSIONERS
Dacula Soccer Club (“DSC”) operates as a non-profit organization
and is managed through a network of volunteers. DSC is the 4th
largest Soccer Association in Georgia, with over 1,700 players
each season. In an effort to distribute the work associated
with managing the club, The DSC Board has decided to seek a
Coach from each Age Group to be a “Recreation Age Group
Commissioner” for the Fall 2008 Season. The Commissioners are
responsible for limited coordination and communications to the
coaches of their respective leagues. The activities may include
but are not limited to the following activities (please provide
additional recommendations):
Liaison
between the Coaches and the Dacula Soccer Board

Director of Coaches (coaches clinics, player development, playing
time, etc)

Director of Referees (rules of the game, officials, issues)

Scheduler (practice and games schedules, field marshal)
-
Public Relations (pictures, fundraising activities)
Coordination
Activities for Age Group Coaches

Communicate information related to Coaches Clinics/Rules

Communicate changes to Practice and Game Schedules

Distribution of Uniforms to Coaches
-
Distribution of Pictures and/or Fundraising Activities to Teams
