Description:
Keepers will be
trained in the technical aspects of goalkeeping.
Fundamentals of shot stopping including body mechanics, body
shape, and balance will be emphasized. Angle play, catching
high and low balls, crosses and punting, all with a positive
mentality, will be the focus of the keeper program.

Description: Our program allows for
players to receive additional technical training. Focus will
be placed on individual skill development emphasizing
technical ball-handling skills. As players become better
technically, they increase their comfort level “on the
ball”, thus leading to better match play. The Technical
Skills Training program will continually be assessed by
Coach Mangino to fit the needs of our players and maximize
player development.
TECHNICAL SKILLS TRAINING WILL BE OPEN TO ALL AGES.
** We will attempt to divide players
into groups according to age and level. This will only be
possible if we have enough players attending.
